Privacy Policy
This policy summarizes how ClubOS handles club and family information while the full trust center documents are finalized.
What ClubOS stores
ClubOS may store profile, guardian, roster, registration, schedule, attendance, message, consent, billing, and support information needed to run a club.
How the data is used
Data is used to operate team workflows, communicate with families, process registrations and payments, support safeguarding, and maintain account security.
Children and guardians
Minor accounts are designed around guardian involvement, consent records, and age-aware access controls for youth sports programs.
Your choices
Families can work with club administrators to correct profile data, update communication preferences, and request privacy support.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
ClubOS honors browser-level privacy signals. When your browser or an extension sends a Do Not Track (DNT) header or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically treat it as an opt-out: optional product analytics and session replay stay off, regardless of any banner choice. This signal cannot be overridden by us.
Optional tracking is off by default until you opt in, and is never enabled for accounts belonging to anyone under 18. Strictly necessary functions — keeping you signed in, remembering your language, and recording your privacy choices — and basic, PII-scrubbed crash reporting always operate so the service stays secure.
You can review or change your choices at any time:
Privacy requests should be handled by the club administrator responsible for the account.
